Love Brand 2025 | CTM among the favorite brands of consumers in Morocco

For more than a century, the Compagnie de Transports au Maroc (CTM) has supported the travel of millions of passengers across the Kingdom. This close relationship with the public is reflected today in the Love Brand study, unveiled during the major event Les Impériales. In the Travel and Tourism category, the company takes third place in the 2025 ranking, confirming the strength of its image among Moroccan consumers.

Love Brand: a distinction based on consumer perception

Unlike distinctions based on technical or advertising criteria, the Love Brand ranking prioritizes the spontaneous perception of consumers.

Conducted by the research firm Impérium, the study is based on a national survey built around open-ended questions inviting respondents to freely cite their favorite brands.

This methodology is what makes the ranking unique: it measures genuine attachment rather than simple media visibility. It thus highlights the brands capable of building a lasting relationship with Moroccan consumers.

CTM on the podium of the Travel and Tourism sector

The 2025 edition of the Love Brand ranking highlights the most appreciated brands across several industries.

In the Travel and Tourism category, which groups together actors in transport and mobility, CTM rises to third place in the ranking. This position reflects the trust granted by consumers to a historic transport company in Morocco, known for its national network and the reliability of its services.

This recognition underscores the brand’s ability to maintain an image of reliability and closeness with a wide audience.

A historic transport company in Morocco

The Compagnie de Transports au Maroc (CTM) is one of the emblematic companies in Morocco’s mobility sector. Founded in 1919, it is now one of the oldest operators in road passenger transport in Morocco.

Over the decades, the company has accompanied the evolution of the country’s infrastructure and mobility needs, developing a network connecting the main cities of the territory.

Today, CTM serves more than 100 destinations and operates nearly 200 daily departures, transporting over 4 million passengers across the Kingdom each year.

A national network at the heart of mobility

Thanks to its extensive network, the company connects several major Moroccan cities such as Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Fez, and Tangier, contributing to smooth intercity travel.

This national presence allows the company to play a central role in passenger mobility, whether for business, tourism, or family travel.

The company also operates a fleet of around 250 coaches, covering tens of millions of kilometers each year, and regularly invests in modernizing its vehicles to improve passenger comfort and safety.

Diversification and modernization of services

Historically focused on passenger transport, CTM has gradually diversified its activities.

The company has expanded into complementary services such as courier and parcel transport, as well as certain tourism mobility and coach rental solutions.

Additionally, CTM is among the transport companies listed on the Casablanca Stock Exchange, reflecting its economic weight and its commitment to modernize governance and investments.

These developments occur in a transport and tourism market undergoing transformation, marked by service digitalization and evolving traveler expectations.

A brand recognized by consumers

CTM’s presence in the Love Brand ranking illustrates Moroccan consumers’ attachment to historic brands capable of adapting to market changes.

In a sector where competition is intensifying and customer experience is a decisive criterion, the ability to maintain a trusting relationship with the public is a major advantage.

CTM’s third-place ranking in the Travel and Tourism category thus confirms the strength of its brand image among Moroccan users.

Love Brand 2026 in sight

The results of the 2025 edition confirm a strong trend: in the travel and mobility sector, consumer preference relies as much on service quality as on overall brand perception.

As the next edition approaches, scheduled for March 31, 2026, the Love Brand study establishes itself as a key barometer for observing the evolution of consumer attachment to brands in Morocco.

Partnering in the initiative, Walaw will support this momentum by highlighting, throughout the year, the companies that strengthen their connection with the public.

The question is therefore no longer whether you need to be visible.

But rather: are you ready to become a Love Brand in 2026?
